A leading Irish Tier 1 General Contractor is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (CSA) to join their Slough office, working on large-scale Data Centre projects. This is a strong opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering complex, high-value builds with clear progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support validation of tenders post-award alongside QS team
- Assist in preparing project cash flow forecasts and cost control systems (CCS)
- Compile and present monthly commercial reports in line with company standards
- Carry out site measurements and ensure timely submission of valuations and claims
- Manage client invoicing and oversee subcontractor payments
- Attend commercial meetings with clients and subcontractors
- Monitor procurement activities and track project costs
- Liaise with project managers and finance teams on reporting and financial performance
- Assist in resolving commercial issues and disputes
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building Services
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of civil, structural, or architecture packages
- Experience on Data Centre projects is highly desirable
- Strong commercial awareness and reporting skills
- Must be based in Ireland or the UK with full working rights in Ireland
Package & Benefits:
