We are looking for a Civil Engineer with 7-10+ years of experience to join a leading consulting engineering practice in Ireland, providing water engineering, environmental engineering, and civil and structural engineering services to public and private sector clients. This role is based in the Birmingham office.

Responsibilities

  • Design and project management of civil engineering projects, including flood protection, water, and wastewater projects.
  • Collaborate with senior management to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

  • Multiple Main Drainage Schemes across Ireland – Value: €154m
  • Multiple Wastewater Treatment Projects – Value: €53m
  • Multiple Sewerage Schemes – Value: €32m
  • Multiple Water Supply Schemes – Value: €60m

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience working within a consultancy.
  • Experience in the design of water/wastewater systems and flood risk assessment.
  • Experience working on civil projects.
  • Good communication and organisation skills.
  • Fluency in English.

Location

The successful Civil Engineer will be based in Birmingham, UK.
