The Opportunity
We are looking for a creative, organised and commercially minded Videographer to join the Group Marketing team. Working across both Northern Gas and Power and ClearVUE Business, you will be responsible for planning, capturing, editing and delivering engaging video content that supports our employer brand, marketing campaigns, customer communications and internal communications. The successful candidate would need to own all their own equipment and the willingness to travel for this role is essential.

What exactly will you do?
- Plan, film and edit high-quality video content for internal and external audiences.
- Manage the end-to-end video production process from initial brief through to final delivery.
- Translate business objectives into engaging visual stories.
- Work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop compelling content concepts.
- Ensure all video content aligns with Group brand guidelines.
- Capture photography and video at company, client and industry events to support recruitment, employer brand and customer storytelling, from showcasing life within the business to client case studies and testimonials.
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience as a Videographer, Content Creator or Video Producer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of commercial video projects
- Experience operating professional camera and audio equipment.
- Strong understanding of lighting, framing and composition.
- Experience filming interviews and corporate content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
