We are seeking an experienced Pricing Specialist Consultant to join our high-impact, data driven consulting team at GPI – a leader in global pharmaceutical pricing and market access. Role Overview
In this role, you will deliver strategic, high-value projects that shape pricing and market access strategies for leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies worldwide. You will work across international reference pricing (IRP), value-based pricing (VBP), reimbursement landscapes and pricing methods (e.g., Gabor-Granger, Van Westendorp, conjoint analysis) and contracting models, translating complex market data insights into clear, actionable strategies that drive commercial success.

Key Responsibilities
Client engagement
- Identify and pursue opportunities in line with GPI’s strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on scoping and structuring client proposals.
- Support business development activities with subject matter expertise (SME), proposal input, and client presentations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
Project delivery
- Lead and execute data driven pricing projects across global markets, delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Apply deep expertise in IRP, VBP, reimbursement, quantitative pricing research techniques (e.g., Gabor-Granger, Van Westendorp, conjoint), and contracting models to deliver robust, evidence-based recommendations.
- Ensure all deliverables meet GPI’s consultancy standards and client expectations.
- Provide guidance, coaching and structured feedback to consulting team members.
- Support smooth handovers business development to project delivery.
Thought leadership
- Monitor and interpret global pricing and market access policy developments.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and cross-functional training.
- Represent GPI at industry conferences and forums as required.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Market Access & Pricing (MA&P) consulting, with at least 3 years focused on pharmaceutical pricing.
- Proven expertise in IRP, VBP, reimbursement, pricing research methods (e.g., Gabor-Granger, Van Westendorp, conjoint), and contracting models.
- Strong track record in delivering complex consulting projects on time and within budget.
- End-to-end client engagement experience, from opportunity identification through delivery.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and distil them into strategic insights.
- Demonstrated leadership or mentoring capability.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, economics, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
