Responsibilities include:
- Work with customer facing teams to identify product/solutions gaps that are preventing Global Payments from being successful in existing verticals.
- Lead discussions with the Technology and Product organisations to find solutions for identified product/solution gaps.
- Manage stakeholders' expectations, ensuring clear concise messaging on deliverables and status.
- Negotiate and influence others in order to ensure resolution to issues/problems, which may impact the outcome of any key initiative.
- Assist with researching and creating recommendations on Verticals/Markets that are aligned with Global Payments strategic direction.
- Manage and deliver strategic projects leading discussions with multiple internal and external stakeholders in business and technical areas across various geographical locations.
- Develop a good level of understanding of the Global Payments systems, products and solutions tasks.
- Build a good network of SMEs throughout the product and technology organisations.
- Prioritise project tasks and monitor completion to ensure delivery within the agreed timeframe.
- Manage the intake process, and work with the Business Operations Managers to improve visibility of the roadmap and stakeholder management.
- Lead discussions on RFP insights with Business Operations and Product Organisations.
- Contribute to RFIs/RFPs and tenders, support Sales managers and Technical Account Managers by providing guidance on how to put products and solutions together that meet customer needs and the businesses strategic goals.
- Maintain the customer & partner needs to align with our business goals and objectives.
- Analyse complex issues, identify the root cause and develop effective solutions.
- Evaluate market trends and the competitive landscape to build competitive solutions that meet consumer needs.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Project manage initiatives through planning, execution and post-release support.
- Ability to understand Card Brand requirements and interpret to internal/external parties.
