Summary of This Role Provide accurate and timely technical information, advice, and assistance regarding the organization\βs products and services. Respond to client inquiries by understanding their technical questions, assessing their needs, and suggesting or promoting solutions, including alternative products or services. Conduct research and develop proposals for new solutions to resolve technical problems. Follow up on the status of outstanding issues. Use databases or other computerized systems to maintain up-to-date documentation. Continue education on industry, systems, modules, and products to inform clients Respond to moderately complex client inquiries, conduct research to resolve issues, and follow established guidelines Participate in calls with technical teams, account management, vendors, and clients as needed Analyze and evaluate client-initiated changes, perform account maintenance, and verify system changes Build client relationships through accurate and timely communication, understanding their business needs, and identifying opportunities for new products and services Interpret mid-complexity technical client issues and project requests, assist in root cause analysis, and translate for internal teams Develop functional requirements and specifications for client customization or system changes What Are We Looking For in This Role?
