This position will be expected to support the Partner Manager in maximising lead referrals/revenue opportunities, support with reactive partner queries, help develop/grow partners to move to Tier 3 and support with any Adhoc project work.The successful applicant must demonstrate a level of industry technical knowledge and have some understanding of how third-party technology can play a role within the payments ecosystem.What you'll OwnSupport Senior Partner Manager with Tier 4 partnersMaximise lead generation for commercial uplift from your accounts to meet targetsAssist with quarterly partner reportingProvide support with conducting structured partner QBRs and Annual ReviewsAct as a liaison for partners across internal stakeholders (e.g. boarding, servicing, marketing etc.)Support SPM with partner residual paymentsSupport SPM with partner contract renewalsSupport SPM with reactive partner queriesSupport with product upsells into Tier 4 partner portfolio (e.g. conversion to Platforms/Worldpay eCommerce/EIT)Support with platform migration projects (e.g. Cybersource/BG350)Support with Adhoc projectsWhat you'll bring5 years + in payments industryProven ability to sell technical solutions (for example integrated products)Commercial role background with delivery against sales quotaStrong relationship building skillsClear communicatorWell organised with ability to manage multiple tasks concurrentlyGood problem solverStrong customer service skillsAbout the teamOur inclusive and global teams win together every day.
