Summary of This Role

We are seeking a highly driven Product Manager to lead the consolidation, optimization, and long‑term strategy of CRM systems across our global organisation. This role will focus on simplifying the CRM landscape, driving user adoption, ensuring data consistency, and enabling actionable insights through enhanced reporting capabilities—particularly through Power BI.

What Part Will You Play?

  • Become a subject matter expert on our reporting processes on the Global Payments Gateway.
  • Bring product concepts through the defined product development lifecycle, understand the need and identify available options to meet that need, and gather information so that each concept can be prioritised appropriately.
  • Work on multiple projects and programs, with a focus on analysis of business and user needs, and documentation of requirements with reference to technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with Agile development teams in multiple regions, and colleagues in other business areas across the world, answering any questions arising during development.
  • Conduct investigation into simple to medium problems, support issue/problem resolution, implementation, notification, and post-implementation support to minimise stakeholder impact.
  • Support go to market and training activities, communicate product capabilities to stakeholders in product, marketing, customer operations and sales.
  • Lead the redesign and enhancement of CRM analytics by developing and scaling Power BI dashboards and reporting models.
  • Improve data visibility and enable self‑service analytics for stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistent, accurate, and trustworthy data across integrated systems.

What Are We Looking For in This Role?

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technology or business field, or comparable training and experience.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Product Management role.
  • Experience of working within a technology, software or payments environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Desirable but not essential: Scrum Product Owner certification.
  • Business Analyst certification (e.g. CCBA, CBAP, BCS, International Diploma in Business Analysis).
  • Hands‑on experience building or managing Power BI dashboards and data models.
  • Experience in document preparation, solutions design, programming language fundamentals.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to dig into problems and articulate them clearly and succinctly. Able to communicate with audiences with different levels of technical and commercial knowledge, tailoring the message to provide information that will be understood.
