Responsibilities for our Telemarketing Team Manager:
- Manage, coach and develop a team of circa 20-25 Telemarketing Advisors.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Monitor productivity and drive KPIs to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality leads
- Ensure the quality and qualification of all appointments set for field sales reps.
- Conduct regular 1-2-1 coaching sessions, team meetings, and ongoing performance reviews.
