We’re looking for a Sr Strategy Manager, Payouts & B2B to join our ever-evolving Strategy team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What You’ll Own

This role will focus on defining our strategy in new markets (new geographies, customer segments, channels, etc.) and executing the strategy to drive business growth.

  • Define and execute strategies for entering new markets, including new geographies, customer segments, and channels.
  • Conduct market research to gain a deeper understanding of the market and competitor landscape.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and refine strategic thinking.
  • Clearly articulate the strategy to key stakeholders and drive the execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Leverage data to test strategic hypotheses and identify focus areas.
  • What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have a strong payments background, either from a leading payment/fintech/banking business or from a top strategy consultancy background.

This role is an individual contributor and will report to the Head of Strategy for the Payouts team.

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a Strategy or Market Expansion role, ideally from a leading payment/fintech/banking business or a top strategy consultancy
  • Strong payments knowledge and experience, particularly in the context of market expansion, with a sufficient understanding of the licensing and regulatory landscape globally
  • Exceptional documentation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to senior stakeholders
  • Excellent Excel and Power Point skills for creating strategy reports
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment
