Responsibilities
- Define and operate the global revenue governance framework, including policies, standards and control structures, ensuring consistent application across billing, pricing, AR, collections and partner operations.
- Lead global reporting and analytics for revenue operations, providing standardised, trusted insights across revenue performance, billing accuracy, collections and operational KPIs.
- Maintain a single source of truth across systems and regions, uphold strong data governance and data quality standards, and translate data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
- Own SOX compliance across revenue operations, including control design, documentation and execution, leading testing cycles and remediating deficiencies in partnership with Finance and Internal Audit.
- Maintain continuous audit readiness and act as the primary interface for internal and external audits relating to revenue operations.
- Establish a proactive risk management framework to identify, prioritise and resolve revenue, operational and compliance risks, driving accountability across global teams.
- Design and lead a global quality assurance programme across billing, pricing, partner payments and collections, providing independent validation of execution quality.
- Leverage QA data to provide meaningful insights to Revenue Assurance and Transformation Teams.
- Embed governance into day-to-day operations across Pricing.
