Our Onboarding & Acquiring Executives are the first team to interact with a new customer after they have chosen Takepayments for their businesses\β payment solutions. Our Team ensures a customer\βs application is approved within the shortest possible timeframe whilst verifying that the business meets the eligibility criteria.
Takepayments is based around a high-performance culture. The right candidate will need to have a proven track record of high performance in their previous role. They will be passionate about delivering great outcomes for customers whilst having a strong attention to detail and analytical qualities.
Being confident speaking to customers, asking questions and gathering information via the telephone is key. The ability to gather the required information whilst keeping a customer engaged in the early stages of their relationship with us is an essential skill.
Great listening and communication skills alongside a positive energy and attitude is an absolute must

Responsibilities for our Onboarding and Acquiring Executive:

Review applications submitted by Payment Consultants, ensuring all data is accurate and complete.
- Contact customers via phone and email to request additional documentation or clarification when required.
- Liaise with acquirers, third parties, payment consultants, and customers to gather necessary information and resolve discrepancies.
- Cross-reference data across multiple systems to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Achieve productivity and quality targets, ensuring timely completion of tasks while maintaining a high standard of work.
Requirements for our Onboarding and Acquiring Executive:
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and navigate different systems and software.
- Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or account management role is a plus.
