You will proactively manage customer accounts with arrears, reinstate Direct Debits where possible, and negotiate repayment plans while upholding FCA, ICO and FLA guidelines.
This role offers a 35-hour week, hybrid working (friday in the office, two other days remote), and a competitive salary with a commission-based bonus up to £500 per month.
