This is a senior leadership position responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for our international platforms portfolio.

You will work across regions, product domains, and stakeholder groups to deliver scalable, market‑relevant platform capabilities that enable software partners to launch, grow, and expand globally.

About The Team

The International Platforms Product team sits at the centre of our software‑led growth strategy.

We own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for international platform capabilities, helping software partners embed payments and financial services into the experiences their customers depend on every day.

Today, we support markets including Australia and the UK while developing the framework and product model that will enable future international expansion.

Working closely with regional commercial teams and central platform organisations, we deliver globally consistent solutions tailored to local market needs.

  • What You’ll Own
  • Own and evolve the International Platforms product strategy, defining how we deliver a scalable, multi‑geography platform experience for software partners.
  • Develop and execute a global product roadmap that supports partner launch, growth, and expansion across current and future markets.
  • Lead platform strategy across established and emerging markets while creating a repeatable product framework for international expansion.
  • Define how core payments, embedded finance, onboarding, partner enablement, reporting, settlement, and omnichannel capabilities work together within a unified platform experience.
  • Balance global platform consistency with local regulatory, operational, and market requirements.
  • Serve as the senior product partner to regional general managers, commercial leaders, and central product teams.
  • Ensure international platform requirements are represented in enterprise architecture discussions, investment planning, and governance forums.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of product managers responsible for the International Platforms portfolio.
  • Drive alignment across product, engineering, operations, commercial, and regional teams to deliver simple, scalable solutions for partners.
  • Influence broader platform priorities and strategic roadmap decisions at a senior leadership level.

What you bring

  • Significant product leadership experience within platform, ecosystem, or multi‑market environments.
  • Proven success defining and delivering product strategies and roadmaps across multiple regions and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong understanding of payments infrastructure and the merchant lifecycle, including onboarding, risk, transaction processing, settlement, reporting, and integrations.
  • Experience with software‑led payments, embedded finance, or Saa S‑enabled payments solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with commercial leadership teams to align product strategy with growth opportunities.
  • Experience leading and scaling product organisations with strong execution disciplines and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and decision‑making capabilities, with the ability to evaluate trade‑offs and define long‑term platform direction.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience operating within complex matrix organisations.
  • Experience supporting international expansion within payments, fintech, or platform businesses.
  • Experience working with software platforms or vertical Saa S providers.
  • Exposure to platform consolidation, migration, or global capability enablement initiatives.
  • Experience within high‑growth fintech or enterprise Saa S environments.
  • Our Perks – What We’ll Bring For You
  • A competitive salary and benefits package that recognizes your contribution.
  • Opportunities to grow your skills and build your career within a global business.
  • Access to learning, development and on‑the‑job experiences that expand your expertise.
