Purpose

The global marketing function of Global Payments is responsible for Brand, Product Marketing, Growth, and Revenue Performance for the Merchant Acquirer Solutions of Global Payments. The ISV Marketing Manager is a critical role within the UK & Ireland marketing team, significantly impacting revenue growth for ISV partnerships. This person will plan and manage marketing-initiated partnership activities in these regions, supporting the Partnership Team's strategy and revenue goals. They will work with partners to grow joint marketing initiatives based on market trends, competitors, and acquisition plans.

Responsibilities

  • Define industry verticals and target audiences in collaboration with strategy leaders.
  • Conduct market research to develop prospect personas and targeting strategies.
  • Create cohesive campaign plans mapping target audiences, messages, content, and tactics to the customer journey.
  • Maximize exposure at key industry events and support the partnership teams with collateral.
  • Work with Sales to determine priority prospect lists and lead workflows.
  • Qualify and nurture leads through various channels.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Align lead generation efforts with sales and digital marketing teams regionally and internationally.
  • Track and analyze lead metrics to measure performance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Create compelling campaigns aligned with brand messaging to drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content and campaign success.
  • Identify strategic opportunities to improve partner acquisition and innovate processes.
  • Drive ROI and cross-channel efficiency, measuring and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Provide ongoing insights and updates to internal teams and partners.
  • Coordinate with international marketing teams to extend campaigns across channels.
  • Evaluate new suppliers, manage budgets, and onboard partners.
  • Present campaign updates regularly at marketing meetings and forums.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of experience in B2B partnership and/or growth marketing, preferably with ISV experience.
  • Proven success in building and executing revenue-driven marketing programs.
  • Understanding of campaign architecture and the customer decision journey.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with partners, sales, and leadership.
  • Ability to analyze data using marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and disciplined marketer.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting insights clearly to leadership.
  • Experience with payments, point of sale, or e-commerce is highly preferred.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
