This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing and transforming the Enterprise Boarding process, with a mandate to build a faster, simpler, more consistent and best-in-class experience for clients, sellers and internal teams.

Reporting into the Head of AI & Operational Success, you’ll work as part of a broader function that brings together AI, CRM, Sales Process and Business Intelligence capabilities to improve commercial execution and operational performance.

You’ll lead a team of process improvement analysts and sales acceleration analysts, partnering closely with Commercial, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Product, Technology, CRM and BI teams to remove friction, improve visibility, strengthen governance and accelerate speed to revenue across both new client onboarding and existing client expansion journeys.

  • What You’ll Own
  • Enterprise sales and boarding process transformation
  • Own the Enterprise sales and boarding transformation agenda, creating a faster, simpler and best-in-class experience.
  • Define the future-state operating model, including process design, governance, ownership, handoffs, data visibility and success measures.
  • Identify and remove friction across opportunity progression, onboarding, implementation, activation and early-life support.
  • Build and deliver a prioritised improvement roadmap that balances speed, quality, client experience, risk control and commercial impact.
  • Leadership and team development
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of process improvement and sales acceleration analysts.
  • Set clear priorities and focus the team on the highest-impact transformation and business-as-usual activity.
  • Build a culture of accountability, curiosity, collaboration, pace and continuous improvement.
  • Strengthen team capability across process improvement, stakeholder management, Salesforce, data analysis and transformation delivery.
  • Salesforce and CRM-enabled process improvement
  • Act as the senior business owner for Salesforce-enabled process improvement across Enterprise Sales and Boarding.
  • Partner with CRM, Product, Technology and Operations to turn business needs into scalable Salesforce enhancements.
  • Improve Salesforce adoption, data quality, reporting and visibility to reduce manual effort and support predictable onboarding outcomes.
  • Connect CRM, BI and process design to create a clearer, more effective Enterprise operating model.
  • Cross-functional governance and stakeholder alignment
  • Build trusted senior relationships across Commercial, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Product, Technology, CRM, BI and regional teams.
  • Establish governance, escalation routes and decision forums that keep delivery moving and process issues visible.
  • Represent Enterprise Sales Process in senior forums, providing clear updates on progress, risks, dependencies, decisions and outcomes.
  • Align functions and regions around shared accountability for scalable, commercially practical process improvement and client experience.
  • Data, performance and continuous improvement
  • Define and track KPIs for sales efficiency, onboarding performance, client experience and transformation impact.
  • Use data and BI insight to identify root causes, performance gaps and measurable improvement opportunities.
  • Establish a continuous improvement discipline that reduces rework, manual effort, cycle time, escalations and ambiguity.
  • Embed improvements into standard ways of working so change is sustainable, not a one-off fix.
  • AI, automation and innovation
  • Identify practical AI, automation and workflow opportunities that improve processes, productivity and client experience.
  • Partner with AI, CRM, BI and Technology teams to pilot and scale governed improvements with clear business value.
  • Encourage innovation focused on simplifying work, improving quality, creating capacity and supporting measurable outcomes.
  • Stay close to emerging technology and process improvement approaches that can modernise Enterprise sales and onboarding.
  • What You’ll Bring
  • Significant experience leading business process, operational improvement, sales process or commercial operations transformation in a complex, matrixed organisation.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, set clear priorities, build capability and create momentum around practical change.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise sales, onboarding, implementation, client lifecycle or revenue operations, with hands‑on experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms to improve workflow, data and reporting.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership, communication and executive storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complexity, influence senior stakeholders and deliver through teams outside your direct line.
  • Strong analytical, programme management and commercial mindset, with the ability to use data, governance and roadmap discipline to deliver measurable improvements in speed, quality, client experience and business outcomes.
  • It’s a bonus if you have
  • Experience in payments, fintech, merchant acquiring, financial services or another regulated environment.
  • Experience improving merchant onboarding, implementation, customer due diligence, risk review or operational approval processes.
  • Experience delivering AI, automation, digital workflow or Salesforce/CRM enhancements that improve productivity, process control or client experience.
  • Familiarity with process mapping, Lean, Six Sigma, operating model design, RACI, transformation governance, BI reporting or multi-region delivery.
