The corporate development analyst will be an integral part of the team, actively participating in every aspect of Global Payments’ M&A efforts. The team takes a collaborative, hands-on approach, and the analyst will work with more senior team members on small, fast-moving deal teams.
The analyst’s key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in financial modeling and analyses
- Aid in the preparation of presentations for Global Payments management and board of directors
- Performing industry and company research
- Interaction and coordination with colleagues across Global Payments, as well as external parties including investment bankers, private equity firms and other companies
Qualifications
- Commitment to live and work in Atlanta, Georgia or London, United Kingdom
- Bachelor's degree with a business degree preferred
- Familiarity with principles of valuation of public and private companies, including comparable companies and precedent transactions analyses
- Familiarity with FactSet, Capital IQ and Wall Street research
- Strong attention to detail
