Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Corporate Counsel III to join their Enterprise Legal Team in London. This role focuses on providing high-quality legal advice, policy direction, and commercial support to the EMEA Enterprise business, with a specific emphasis on merchant risk analysis, contract drafting, and regulatory compliance within the financial services and payments sector.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts with customers and suppliers.
• Reviewing the legal status of prospective merchants, particularly in regulated or high-risk industries.
• Driving consistency in policy standards and governance across the Worldpay business.
• Managing external counsel engagements, primarily regarding regulatory matters.
• Providing bespoke legal training to internal business teams.
