Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts with customers and suppliers.
- Reviewing the legal status of prospective merchants, particularly in regulated or high-risk industries.
- Driving consistency in policy standards and governance across the Worldpay business.
- Managing external counsel engagements, primarily regarding regulatory matters.
- Providing bespoke legal training to internal business teams.
