Responsibilities

  • Winning New Partnerships: Identify and qualify prospective target Direct Partner opportunities by conducting research and analysis to find potential partners aligned with company objectives and target markets. Qualify these opportunities based on strategic fit, business potential, and other relevant criteria.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential partners: Develop and nurture relationships proactively, engaging stakeholders and keeping them engaged throughout the sales cycle.
  • Establish relationships with key decision-makers: Develop trust and credibility with individuals such as MDs, CEOs, CTOs, COOs, and senior developers to foster partnership opportunities.
  • Present and negotiate agreements: Deliver compelling presentations, negotiate, and finalize commercial deals aligned with company guidelines.
  • Manage the sales cycle: Oversee from initial engagement to onboarding, go-live, and pilot phases, addressing challenges proactively.
  • Define go-to-market strategies: Collaborate with partners to outline implementation, pilot programs, support, and revenue goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams: Work with technical support, legal, and commercial teams to meet partner needs and ensure compliance.
  • Report and support: Provide regular pipeline updates, insights, and support to the sales team to meet targets.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or related fields; relevant experience may substitute.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in client-facing roles and/or the financial industry.
