What you’ll own:

  • Product positioning and messaging: develop clear ICPs and differentiated positioning informed by thorough knowledge of the audience, competition and industry. Effectively communicate the value of our product targeted for specific audiences.
  • Product Launches: responsible for orchestrating and leading product launches from crafting messaging, content and initiatives to tracking progress and measuring success.
  • Go-to-market strategy: lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market plans to drive product adoption and customer engagement.
  • Cross sell strategy: partner with the Product and Revenue Marketing teams to develop and execute cross sell strategies to existing customers as well as integrating cross sell strategies into the buyer journey for net new customers.
  • Sales enablement: responsible for creating sales enablement materials including and not limited to sales collaterals, demos, sales tools and more, to effectively communicate the product capabilities and benefits.
  • Marketing campaigns: work with our revenue and partner marketing teams to support campaign initiatives attracting new customers as well as cross selling to existing customers.
  • Be the voice of the customer: enable internal teams by being the internal voice of the customer.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent field from an accredited university is required; however, relevant experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
  • Typically a minimum of 8-12+ years of experience in product marketing and/or product management in a B2B environment, particularly selling to eCommerce businesses.
  • Experience within a card issuing, issuing processor or related payments industry or in a similar FinTech industry preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and driving adoption of new products in a B2B environment.

It’s a bonus if you have:

  • Master's Degree in Marketing or equivalent field from an accredited university or MBA.

  • Having broad yet in-depth expertise and unique knowledge, uses skills to set and ensure success of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways within environments and situations that are complex and difficult.
  • Having ownership of a function, major account or matrix management responsibilities, uses knowledge to ensure success, strengthen relationships, expand the business through key initiatives, and lead matrix teams on complex projects.

Job Complexity:

  • Works on issues that impact design/selling success or address future concepts, products, or technologies. Creates formal networks with key decision makers and serves as external spokesperson for the organization with key accounts, agencies, partners, vendors, and sales prospects.

Supervision:

  • Exercises wide latitude in determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
