We’re looking for an experienced Senior Director Revenue Execution RoW to join our ever-evolving team and help shape the future of global commerce. This role manages the regional execution teams across the EU, Asia and UK&I business lines, delivering against line of business priorities across each region, identifying and progressing growth opportunities. Prioritising team capacity based on business leader needs across GTM management, change management, transformation and operational initiatives within each region. Develops, prioritizes and submits initiative strategy and methodology across a range of key programs. Defines resource requirements, performance reviews and post-implementation evaluations. Taking ownership of the successful execution of the regions business delivery portfolios, owning attainment of initiative outcomes. Advises on the most complex or critical projects; monitors progress and performance against the program plan; identifies and resolves operational problems and minimizes delays. Evaluates and authorizes changes that significantly impact the scope, budget, or timeline.
What You’ll Own
- Provide line management for project and program management teams across the UK, EU and APAC regions in the SMB business.
- Establish and maintain consistent project management standards, methodologies and reporting across all programs.
- Responsible for execution and attainment of business line objectives as related to accepted programs of work.
- Ensure all program activities and deliverables align with the organisations long term goals and strategic priorities.
- Identification of revenue acceleration opportunities within the business unit.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and promote continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact to communicate progress, manage expectations, and balance competing priorities.
