  • Build and configure high‑quality payment environments that enable secure, reliable transaction processing and support the operational goals of schools and district administrators.
  • Influence continuous improvement by identifying trends, gathering customer feedback, and recommending enhancements that elevate the customer experience and improve implementation efficiency.
  • Partner across teams to resolve complex challenges and deliver seamless onboarding experiences, helping customers achieve their goals while supporting business growth and operational excellence.
What you’ll bring:

  • Demonstrated success working independently and collaboratively across cross‑functional teams to solve problems and deliver results.
  • Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, such as Salesforce, to manage customer interactions, maintain visibility, and support informed decision‑making.
It’s a bonus if you have:
  • Experience with project management methodologies and coordinating customer onboarding or implementation milestones.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, payment processing, or K‑12 education technology environments.
  • Experience using Google Workspace applications, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro to support client‑facing processes and operational efficiency.
