We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our small design team within the Technology department. We design the products that power one of Europe's leading digital audio and outdoor advertising platforms, helping thousands of advertising campaigns reach millions of listeners and consumers every day.

The Design Team is embedded in product squads while operating as a tight-knit, centralised unit. Our work spans a variety of products, so whilst consistency plays a crucial role, you will still enjoy a high degree of ownership and autonomy. You will apply a user-centric approach to complex problem-solving and collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, other designers and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product discovery and delivery (40%): Lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery research, problem framing and ideation through to co-creation, prototyping, user testing and high-fidelity design, driving impact across multiple products.
  • User research and insight (25%): Conduct desk and user research, organise and facilitate workshops, and turn findings into actionable insights, process maps and user journeys. Act as the voice of the user and an advocate for design principles and design thinking.
  • Design systems and consistency (20%): Contribute to and evolve our design systems to ensure consistency, scalability and quality across our products.
  • Collaboration and mentoring (15%): Collaborate closely with product owners, analysts, engineers and the Design Team, helping to improve our design processes and providing guidance and mentorship to other Globallers.
What You’ll Love About This Role
  • Think Big: Work on technically complex products, using all your expertise to make them simple and intuitive for users.
  • Own It: Be part of a small, dynamic design team where you have real ownership and autonomy across the product lifecycle.
  • Keep it Simple: Turn complex problems, data and user needs into clear, practical solutions and elegant experiences.
  • Better Together: Partner with product and engineering from discovery through to deployment and iteration, shaping how our products evolve.
What Success Looks Like

In your first few months, you’ll have:

  • Gained a deep understanding of our products and led product discovery sessions involving all key stakeholders.
  • Built strong relationships with product owners, analysts, engineers and fellow designers.
  • Organised and facilitated your first stakeholder and/or user workshops.
  • Led at least one user research project to understand our users and their needs.
  • Demonstrated how you turn findings into clear, actionable insights and design decisions.
  • Begun contributing to the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
What You’ll Need
  • Experience (typically 5+ years) designing Enterprise/B2B/SaaS products.
  • The ability to articulate design decisions clearly and empathetically to different audiences.
  • A portfolio showing how you have solved complex product problems end to end – from research and discovery through to delivery and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, while maintaining a holistic view of wider user journeys.
  • A solid understanding of business and product metrics, and how design can influence them.
  • Experience testing and validating designs using qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Proven ability to drive decision-making across complex projects and multiple teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to turn data and user insights into compelling stories that bring stakeholders on the journey.
  • Strong senior stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Experience navigating ambiguity and using your judgement to move work forward across intricate projects and diverse teams.
  • A strong set of UI design skills.
