Your Role: Video Content Producer (Podcasts)
As a Video Content Producer (Podcasts) at Global, you’ll help create engaging visual podcast content for audiences across YouTube and social platforms. Working closely with the Head of Video, Podcast Producers and wider production teams, you’ll film podcast recordings, edit full video episodes, and create short-form content that helps our shows connect with audiences in a visual-first media landscape.
As a Video Content Producer at Global, you will:
- Key Responsibilities
- Film podcast recordings: Film multi-camera podcast recordings, taking ownership of camera operation, technical set-up, framing, lighting and visual quality on set.
- Edit and deliver video episodes: Ingest, organise and edit full video podcast episodes from start to finish, ensuring content is engaging, visually strong and delivered to agreed timelines and specifications.
- Create short-form social content: Edit and adapt short-form video for platforms such as YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Instagram to support audience growth and engagement.
- Contribute creatively to output: Suggest ideas for filming approaches, visual storytelling and content execution that enhance audience engagement and strengthen creative output.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with the Head of Video, Podcast Producers and wider teams to support smooth delivery across multiple shows and projects.
