We are looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to lead Global’s partnership with our largest roadside asset partner Wildstone and other Key Accounts, responsible for overseeing delivery of a £30m+ per year key contract and ensuring we meet all operational, commercial, and contractual commitments.
Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, Roadside & Estate Management, you will ensure the partnership runs smoothly day‑to‑day, meeting contract requirements, managing risks, maintaining governance, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to develop and grow the relationship, improve performance and site quality. You will manage a small experienced team and be a key member of the Roadside partnership management team. This role is about coordinating the resources of Global together to deliver on our promises and goals whilst holding our key roadside partners to account to deliver their promises.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Delivery & Governance (40%)
- Manage all day‑to‑day requirements of the key account contracts, ensuring we meet obligations on time, in full.
- Maintain strong contract governance to ensure good document control, meeting contract KPIs and maintaining risk logs.
- Run a consistent reporting cadence and regime, including monthly reporting, quarterly reviews, performance packs and operational dashboards.
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans.
- Ensure internal teams follow agreed governance processes for approvals, delivery, compliance and communications.
- Estate & Portfolio Management (25%)
- Develop the strategy to optimise the Roadside estate with our Key Accounts, identifying expansion and rationalisation opportunities.
- Lead the management of estate quality within Key Accounts, ensuring all sites consistently meet Global’s standards by working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to maintain and enhance performance.
- Track performance, uplift opportunities, and estate optimisation opportunities.
- Partner Relationship & Issue Resolution (20%)
- Act as the day‑to‑day senior point of contact for Key Accounts.
- Build trusted, transparent working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Resolve disputes promptly and professionally, escalating only when necessary.
- Lead Monthly Performance Reviews and support Quarterly Business Reviews with the Director of Partnerships.
- Ensure both parties have a shared understanding of priorities, timelines and expectations.
- People Management & Team Development (15%)
- Manage a small experienced team and be a key member of the Roadside partnership management team.
- Provide clarity, set expectations, and support team growth through coaching and development.
- Create a positive, accountable culture focused on delivery and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Need
- Experience managing large, complex accounts with significant commercial value.
- Strong understanding of contract management, including governance, reporting, KPIs and risk tracking.
- Ability to resolve operational issues quickly and maintain excellent partner communication.
- Experience working with estates, capital projects or operational delivery teams (preferred).
- Experience and capability to develop potent arguments and rationale to optimise the relationships for the benefit of Global and our advertising partners.
- Solid commercial and analytical skills, understanding contract levers and performance drivers.
- Some people management experience, providing clarity in direction, support and driving accountability.
