Key Responsibilities

  • Cross-department coordination (35%) - Collaborate across Commercial Product, Projects, and Partnerships teams as well as external stakeholders to ensure information, direction, and dependencies are clear. You’ll help teams stay aligned and confident about what’s coming next.
  • Project planning and delivery support (30%) - Work closely with the Head of Partnerships to plan, coordinate, and support the delivery of important projects within Roadside Partnerships. You’ll help define project pathways, identify blockers early, and keep momentum moving in the right direction.
  • Project performance, KPIs & risk management (20%) - Ensure all teams contributing to these projects stay on track with strict KPIs and timelines. You’ll proactively monitor progress, log and escalate risks, and work with the Head of Partnerships to resolve issues quickly.
  • Reporting & governance (15%) - Put in place the right level of reporting, cadence, and governance to give senior management and leadership clear visibility on how each project is progressing.
