Your new role - Programmatic Sales Director (12 month FTC)
A commercial leadership role driving programmatic revenue growth across DAX's digital audio (DAX Audio) and PrOOH (DAX Outdoor) offering - positioning DAX as the platform of choice for digital-first agencies, brands, and technology partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth across DAX from the independent digital patch.
- Lead the programmatic sales strategy across independent digital agencies, in-housed clients, and DSPs.
- Collaborate with Product & Ops to influence the DAX product roadmap and identify growth opportunities.
- Represent DAX’s programmatic offering through events, panels, and agency engagement.
- Collaborate on cross-functional DAX Outdoor growth initiatives with the wider DAX Outdoor leadership team.

- Built a prioritised list of target accounts for the 27/28 financial year – with set owners.
- Launched test & learn opportunities with our advertising partners, linked to the current innovation roadmap.
- Continue the support provided to the wider commercial team with regards to programmatic positioning and collateral.
What You’ll Need
- Digital Sales Experience: Proven track record in digital sales, ideally across multiple formats (audio, OOH, video).
- Programmatic Knowledge: Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, trading models, and buyer dynamics.
- Industry Network: Strong network across DSPs and digital-first agencies.
- Commercial Delivery: Comfortable shaping sales strategy, forecasting, pitching and delivering against ambitious revenue targets.
- Communication & Leadership: Ability to lead through influence, work cross-functionally, and communicate proactively both internally and externally.
