  • Collaboration & Delivery (20%): You will work as part of a cross-functional squad, collaborating daily with Product Owners and Developers. You will contribute to the definition of product features, explaining benefits and rationale clearly, while prioritising tasks effectively. You will seek guidance when required and escalate risks early to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Team & Culture (10%): You will share feedback constructively and actively seek input from peers, share your knowledge and best practices, and you will contribute to initiatives that strengthen Global’s design culture and ways of working.

What You’ll Love About This Role

  • Think Big: You’ll be responsible for the design of products that are used and loved by millions of people.
  • Own It: You’ll take ownership of defined projects and deliver them end-to-end with autonomy.
  • Better Together: You’ll collaborate daily with talented designers, developers, and product managers to deliver industry-leading products.
