Your New Role:
This role sits at the unique intersection of media and charity, helping to deliver high-profile fundraising partnerships across Global’s network - including some of the UK’s biggest radio brands such as Heart, Capital, Classic FM, Radio X, Smooth Radio and LBC, alongside podcasts, digital and Outdoor platforms. Working with leading brands, internal teams and on-air talent, you’ll support the development and delivery of partnerships and campaigns for Global’s Make Some Noise. You’ll also independently manage a portfolio of Charity of the Year and smaller corporate partners operating at both national and local level, helping to grow fundraising income and deliver excellent partner experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Development & New Business (40%): Proactively help drive the identification and development of new corporate partnerships that generate fundraising income through sponsorships and campaigns. You’ll contribute to prospect research, outreach activity, partnership proposals and pitch materials, while helping to build and manage pipelines aligned to key campaigns such as Make Some Noise Day.
- Partnership Management & Campaign Delivery (40%): Manage a portfolio of Charity of the Year and smaller corporate partners, building strong relationships and ensuring an excellent partner experience. You’ll coordinate campaign activity and partner engagement opportunities including fundraising activations, events and volunteering activity, while working closely with internal teams including Campaigns, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Commercial to ensure all activity is delivered smoothly and on time.
- Reporting, Administration & Stewardship (20%): Support the delivery of integrated campaigns across Global’s radio, digital, outdoor and talent platforms. You’ll maintain accurate partnership records and pipeline updates, manage income tracking and reporting, produce campaign wrap reports and case studies, and help ensure stewardship activity is delivered to a high standard.
