Your New Role: Junior Video Editor
Are you a creative storyteller who’s confident behind the camera and sharp in the edit suite? As a Junior Video Editor in the Talent & Culture team, you’ll be creating exciting, high energy short-form content that shows off the incredible work that our people do. From world-class events to our internal ‘only at global’ moments, you’ll be responsible for shooting and editing content that brings our culture to the big screen, literally. You’ll work closely with the Senior Design Specialist to create bespoke content that connects our people with our leaders, our DE&I agenda, and our purpose. From concept to final cut, you’ll bring fresh ideas to our communications, our screens and our company-wide meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Video Editing (60%): You’ll edit sharp, engaging short-form content in 16:9 for our internal comms campaigns. Everything from culture moments to leadership updates. You’ll also keep existing content fresh and bring static designs to life.
- Shooting (40%): You’ll be behind the camera capturing content with teams across the business, including senior leaders. Your footage will help bring their messages to life with the polish, spark and professionalism you'd expect from a leading media and entertainment company.

What You’ll Need
The ideal candidate will be proactive and willing to develop and implement innovative solutions, capable of the following:
- Short Form Video Editing Expertise: A real flair when it comes to editing, with a good understanding of the different techniques required for short form, viral content.
- Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects Proficiency: Intermediate knowledge and understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro is a must. Experience with After Effects and Photoshop would be an advantage.
- Camera Operating Skills: Knowledge of filming and camera operating techniques. Particular experience with the Sony FS7 & A7 range would be advantageous. Confident with setting up interview shoots and capturing b-roll from our events.
- Attention to Detail: From spellings on lower thirds and captions to making sure our content is accessible; we do our best to get the little things right.
- Brand Insight: You’ll be working with some of the biggest brands in the media industry, understanding brand guidelines and nailing each tone of voice is key to making sure every edit feels right at home.
- Flexibility & Positivity: You’ll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, each bringing their own vision. Staying open-minded, adaptable, and upbeat will help you shape their ideas into standout content.
