We’re looking for a brilliant Creative Brand Designer to join Global’s Brand Design Team, someone who sits comfortably between brand design and creative campaign thinking. You’ll help find the idea, shape the visual thought and bring it to life across some of the UK’s biggest entertainment brands.
As a Creative Brand Designer at Global, you will:
- Idea Generation & Concept Development (35%)
Get involved early in the creative process, turning briefs, insights and brand challenges into compelling ideas. You’ll contribute to brainstorming, concept development and visual exploration, challenging briefs and developing ideas that can work across multiple channels and formats. - Campaign & Brand Design Delivery (35%)
Create distinctive campaigns and brand work across OOH, social, digital, print, video and events. You’ll develop visual identities, campaign worlds, key visuals, typography and layouts, ensuring work is conceptually strong and beautifully crafted from initial idea through to final delivery. - Art Direction & Creative Production (15%)
Art direct photography, illustration, motion, AI-generated imagery and other creative production where appropriate. You’ll also work hands-on across Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools to bring ideas to life to a consistently high standard. - Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement (15%)
Work closely with Creative Leads, the Creative Director, designers and teams across marketing, brand, digital, content and events. You’ll confidently present your creative thinking, collaborate with internal and external creatives and contribute to a genuinely collaborative studio culture.

What You’ll Need
- Proven experience as a Creative Designer, Brand Designer, Art Director, Graphic Designer or within a similar hybrid creative role.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating both creative thinking and exceptional design craft, including how ideas develop from insight through to execution.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, art direction, image-making and visual identity.
- Experience creating work across multiple channels, particularly OOH, digital, social and campaign environments.
- The ability to work within established brands while knowing when and how to push and evolve them.
- Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, alongside an interest in emerging creative tools and AI.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain not only what the work looks like, but why it works.
- The ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of creative quality.
- Curiosity about culture, design, music, entertainment, technology and the world around you.
- A collaborative and positive approach, plenty of ideas and a genuine desire to create memorable work.
