As an Account Manager - Creative Solutions Outdoor at Global, you will:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Display exceptional account management to build effective working relationships with key outdoor specialists and agency contacts to ensure Global is a media owner of choice for each client. Respond to briefs to provide strategic solutions to answer the campaign’s key objectives using your knowledge of Global estate and sales skills, both written and verbal. Take clients on site tours when needed. Always with an eye on maximising revenue and delivery against the yearly Creative Solutions target.
  • Work with the key stakeholders across the business (Production, Partnerships, Delivery, and planning teams) and with other team members to sell, project manage and deliver seamless quality out-of-home campaigns.
  • The role also encompasses various other responsibilities, such as evolving and creating new opportunities on the estate to take to market, working with the business development team to create collateral that targets cultural events across the year, and helping create new and improve current systems to maximise efficiency.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Have a good understanding of all the Creative Solutions product portfolio.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the key systems and processes involved in delivering campaigns.
  • Built relationships with the wider agency teams internally and externally on your patch.
  • Feel confident in responding to briefs and presenting your ideas externally.

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a media environment with evidence of success in sales and campaign delivery from client and media/advertising agencies.
  • Excellent attention to detail, an appetite for project management and seeing a job delivered perfectly.
  • The ability to create and sell ideas, project manage campaigns and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Experience with working in a sales environment and delivering against commercial targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office alongside excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Mac usage would be a bonus but not essential.
  • To work well in a team, ensure a sense of accountability and assist in ownership of shared responsibilities of the team’s remit when required.
