Due to continuing expansion, we are looking to recruit a number of experienced customer service focused professionals. This role involves maintaining and developing existing client relationships. Requirements:

  • Responsible for a base of customers, retaining their business and improving customer loyalty by understanding their needs
  • Responsible for fault diagnosis, follow up and resolution
  • Use company reporting mechanisms to highlight and identify potential customer issues
  • Serve as a key ambassador and spokesperson for The Directory Guys in building the brand
  • Become a product expert to understand and advise best solutions for customers
  • Handling incoming customer queries and keeping your customer base updated in a timely fashion
