Our North Sea leadership team plays a critical role in shaping and delivering our regional operations across the UK and Norway. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will take full responsibility for leading and developing the North Sea business, ensuring it delivers towards strategic, operational, and financial objectives. This role sits at the heart of our organisation, overseeing multiple entities and working closely with global functions including HSEQ, HR, Finance, and Business Streams. You will be based across the UK/Norway region, with a strong connection to both local teams and the wider global network.

As our Regional Manager – North Sea, you will make a significant impact by leading the region with clear accountability for performance, growth, and operational excellence. You will translate company strategy into tangible results, ensuring the North Sea operation delivers against its financial, commercial, and organisational objectives. You will drive profitability by maintaining strong oversight of revenue, costs, and cash flow, while ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and invoiced accurately. Through close collaboration with Finance, HR, and Business Stream Directors, you will ensure the business is properly resourced, financially controlled, and positioned for sustainable growth. Your leadership will strengthen client relationships and unlock new business opportunities, contributing directly to the company’s expansion in the region. You will also play a key role in shaping the annual business plan and aligning regional priorities with the broader global strategy. - Proven track record in a senior leadership role, with a minimum of 15 years’ experience within the maritime and/or engineering sector

- Significant experience in business development, client relationship management, and leading high-value contract negotiations
