In this highly collaborative and hands-on role, you will lead supplier onboarding end-to-end, maintain robust data standards, ensure consistent and standardised data across purchase orders, contracts, and supplier records, and champion continuous improvement across procurement systems and processes, maintaining best-practice and policy compliance.
Working centrally to the Procurement team, you will provide expert support, influence stakeholders, and help optimise workflows and supplier performance. The ideal candidate will be analytical, process-driven, and confident using ERP systems (IFS preferred) alongside BI and dashboarding (Power BI preferred). Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate technical information clearly are essential.
Experience in marine, subsea, engineering, or project industries is required, along with knowledge of procurement best practices and experience in change management. Accurate, timely reporting is also important.
