We’re looking for a driven Area Sales Manager to join our Equipment Solutions team. This is a high-impact role focused on building strong customer relationships and delivering tailored equipment solutions through both sales and hire. You’ll play a key role in driving sustainable growth, maximising machine sales, and expanding our customer base while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
Sales & Strategy
- Deliver strong sales performance through effective CRM usage, forecasting, and territory planning
- Manage and achieve sales targets across your region
- Drive growth in machine population
Sales Execution
- PDI, delivery, installation, and warranty
- Deliver timely and efficient sales fulfilment
- Grow both equipment sales and aftermarket contracts
Performance & Reporting
- Provide weekly updates on performance, forecasts, and pipeline activity
- Ensure CRM accuracy and reliable forecasting
- Partner closely with Marketing, Aftersales, and Sales Support teams
- Adhere to all legal, ISO, and Health & Safety requirements
- Consistent achievement of sales targets
- Accurate CRM forecasting and reporting
- High levels of order accuracy and delivery performance
2+ years’ experience in a sales role (ideally within machinery, construction, or equipment) ~ Commercial awareness and analytical mindset ~ Business qualification or formal sales training (desirable)
