As a Technical Product Manager you will play a pivotal role in leading the migration of our existing platform. You will help build the engineering and QA team whilst working closely with business teams to ensure a smooth transition while maintaining high-quality software testing standards. Your technical expertise and strong product mindset will drive project success and align our platform with future business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end migration project of our platform.
- Define, document, and prioritise product requirements while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Work closely with engineering teams, ensuring technical feasibility and efficient execution.
- Oversee software testing strategies to ensure high-quality and stable releases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including developers, QA teams, and business leaders, to communicate progress and mitigate risks.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics post-migration to ensure success and scalability.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices in software testing and C# development.
Requirements:
- 4-8 years of experience in technical project management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
- Experience overseeing software migration projects or major platform upgrades.
- Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams and translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work onsite in Hammersmith for 3 to 4 days per week.
