In this rewarding Deskside Support Analyst position at a global professional services firm in the city, you will be responsible for providing a range of deskside and AV support to all users, across both software and hardware related issues.
Responsibilities:

Point of escalation for hardware and deskside issues for London users

Windows 10/11 / Office 365 support

PC / Laptop builds and configuration

Printers / Mobile Devices – Intune

Experience of working in a professional services firm (Law, Finance, Insurance etc)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

1+ years’ experience in a similar IT Support position

Ability to work well under pressure with good problem solving skills
6 month fixed term contract – £30k-£35k per annum pro rata
5 days per week onsite
