We are currently looking for an experienced Pipe Fitter to join an established team working from a workshop in Glasgow, with site-based projects across Scotland.
There is also an excellent opportunity for the right candidates to work on the Isle of Islay, with accommodation and allowances provided.
Projects include work across distilleries, breweries, food processing, waste-to-energy and other industrial environments.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Pipe Fitter
- Experience working with stainless steel and carbon steel pipework
- Experience with thin-wall, hygienic and schedule pipework
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/isometric drawings
- Competent with pipe preparation, fitting and installation
- Industrial/site experience preferred
- Strong focus on health & safety and quality
- Willingness to travel and work away from home when required
- Ability to work overtime and weekends when required
