This is a senior operational role suited to an electrical professional with strong leadership experience, excellent project management skills and a thorough understanding of electrical compliance, safety and quality standards. You will lead teams, manage projects and budgets, develop client relationships and ensure electrical operations are delivered efficiently, safely and to the highest possible standard. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage electrical teams across multiple projects. Oversee the delivery of large-scale electrical projects from planning through to completion. Ensure all works meet current electrical regulations, legislation, health & safety requirements and quality standards. Manage project budgets, resources, programmes and operational performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers and key stakeholders. Support the development, mentoring and performance of electrical teams. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity and operational processes. Promote the adoption of innovative and sustainable electrical technologies. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards. Provide strategic and operational leadership across electrical activities.
