Key Responsibilities
- MIG, TIG and Stick welding on steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
- Read and interpret technical and engineering drawings.
- Prepare, weld and finish components to specification.
- Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards are met.
- Operate and maintain welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Work as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Follow all company procedures and health & safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Welder in a fabrication or engineering environment.
- Strong MIG, TIG and Stick welding experience.
- Experience working with steel, stainless steel and/or aluminium.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, hardworking and professional approach.
Pay Rates
Dayshift
- £24.00 per hour for the first 40 hours. xgikmsk
- £32.00 per hour for hours worked over 40.
Nightshift
- £29.50 per hour for the first 40 hours.
- £34.00 per hour for hours worked over 40.
