Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong trade background and a proven track record of delivering multi-trade projects? Our client, a well-established and growing contractor based in Paisley, is looking to recruit a Senior Multi-Trade Project Manager to oversee projects across Scotland.
For candidates who prefer it, there is the option to join on an initial temporary-to-permanent contract, with an hourly rate dependent on experience (typically around £32.00 per hour), before moving into a permanent position.
The Role
- You'll take ownership of multiple projects from planning through to completion, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
- Working closely with clients, site teams and subcontractors, you'll provide strong leadership while managing all aspects of project delivery across a variety of multi-trade works.
About You
- You'll come from a recognised trade background such as:
- Electrical
- Joinery
- Plumbing
- Gas
- Or another relevant construction/building services trade
- Significant experience managing multi-trade construction or maintenance projects
- A proven background in a senior Project Management role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness
- The ability to manage multiple live projects across Scotland
- A full UK Driving Licence
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from inception through to completion
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
- Monitor quality, programme and commercial performance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation
- Report regularly to senior management on project progress
