We are seeking an experienced Pipefitter / Welder to join our team, working across a variety of industrial sites. The successful candidate must be confident working independently as well as part of a team, delivering high-quality fabrication and installation work to coded standards.
This role involves site-based work across multiple sectors, including distilleries, breweries, waste-to-energy plants, and food processing facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out pipefitting and welding duties to a coded standard
- Fabrication and installation of stainless steel and carbon steel pipework
- Work primarily with thin-wall metric stainless steel, hygienic stainless systems, and schedule pipework
- Interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of safety, quality, and compliance
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a site team
Primarily based within the Central Belt. Occasional travel to other UK locations may be required.
HoursOvertime and weekend work will be required as project demands dictate.
Rate of Pay£23.00 per hour standard rate, £30.00 per hour overtime rate.
Additional InformationThis position is initially offered on a temporary basis, with the opportunity to become permanent. Upon permanent transfer, a company van will be provided for site travel (may be available during agency period subject to agreement).
