Global Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager on behalf of a reputable all-trades company based in Edinburgh, specialising in bathroom and kitchen upgrades across domestic and commercial properties. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to appoint a hands-on Project Manager to take ownership of projects from initial quotation through to final handover. This role is ideal for someone with a strong trade background who is confident managing people, materials, and client expectations.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys and prepare accurate, competitive quotes
- Raise and manage invoices and job documentation
- Order materials and ensure timely delivery to site
- Manage staff and subcontractors on-site to ensure smooth workflow
- Oversee health & safety and ensure work meets required standards
- Be the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the building or renovation sector (preferably kitchens/bathrooms)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confident managing tradespeople and running multiple jobs
- Full UK driving licence and own transport initially (company vehicle provided after successful probation)
- Competent with quoting, ordering, and general project administration
