We are looking for experienced Fabricator Welders / Structural Steel Fabricators for ongoing work across Central Scotland. This is a great opportunity for consistent work, strong hourly rates, and real long-term potential.
Pay Rates
- Dayshift: £22 per hour
- Nightshift: £28 per hour
- Enhanced overtime rates during the 13-week probation period
- Paid via CIS or PAYE Umbrella
Responsibilities
- MIG and TIG welding (including aluminium welding)
- Steel cutting, burning, grinding, shaping and assembly
- Operating fabrication machinery, hand tools and overhead cranes safely
- Inspecting your own work to ensure high-quality standards

- Proven experience in structural steel fabrication / fabrication welding
- Strong MIG & TIG welding skills
