We are currently seeking experienced Fabricator Welders to join a skilled and supportive team working on prestigious structural steel projects across Central Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable, detail-driven welders who want consistent work, great earnings, and a strong work-life balance.
Shift Pattern
- Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 5:15pm
- Enjoy a 4-day working week with every Friday off
- Regular weekly overtime available
Pay Rates
- Dayshift: £22/hour
- Nightshift: £28/hour
- Enhanced overtime rates during 13-week probation period
- Paid via CIS or PAYE Umbrella (flexible options)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working from detailed engineering and fabrication drawings
- Fabricating and welding structural steel and aluminium components
- MIG and TIG welding (including aluminium work)
- Cutting, grinding, shaping, and assembling steel structures
- Operating fabrication equipment and overhead cranes
- Carrying out your own quality checks to high tolerances
- Collaborating with supervisors and team members to deliver top-quality work
