Global Recruitment Group is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple SFS / light gauge steel framing projects across Glasgow and the Central Belt. This is a great opportunity to join a growing and busy construction business with strong project pipelines.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple SFS / light gauge steel installation projects from start to completion
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure projects are delivered on programme, safely, and to specification
- Liaise with main contractors and project stakeholders
- Monitor progress and carry out site inspections and quality checks
- Experience in construction contracts or project management
- Knowledge of Light Gauge Steel / SFS systems (preferred)
- SMSTS qualification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Competitive salary (DOE)
