Global Recruitment is seeking experienced Fabricators to join a dynamic team based in Coatbridge.
Key Duties:
- Fabricating components according to engineering drawings
- Collaborating with welders and production teams
- Operating fabrication machinery and tools
- Ensuring all work meets quality standards
- Adhering to site health & safety procedures
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous fabrication experience essential, including experience working with structural steel
- Experience on complex, large-scale projects
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Skilled in using fabrication tools and equipment
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Working Hours:
- Day Shift: Mon-Fri, 08:00-16:00
- Night Shift: Mon-Fri, 20:00-06:00
- Overtime paid after 39 hours
Pay:
- Day: £22 per hour
- Night: £28 per hour
- Enhanced overtime rates available
Payment Options:
- CIS / Umbrella PAYE available after 13 weeks
