Global Recruitment is currently looking for a skilled Steel Fabricator / Plater with TIG welding experience to join a professional team based in Coatbridge. This role is ideal for someone who can work to tight tolerances and consistently deliver high-quality, precision fabrication.
- Carry out plating work including cutting, shaping, and assembly
- Perform TIG welding to a high standard
- Work closely with production teams to meet project deadlines
- Maintain excellent quality standards across all work
- Strong TIG welding skills (essential)
- Experience working on complex or high-spec projects
- High attention to detail and quality
Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00
Night Shift: Monday-Friday, 20:00-06:00
Overtime available after 39 hours
Day Rate: £22 per hour
Night Rate: £28 per hour
Enhanced overtime rates
Flexible payment options: CIS / Umbrella (PAYE after 13 weeks)
