The predicted salary is between 45760 - 58240 £ per year.

We are looking for experienced Fabricator Welders / Structural Steel Fabricators for ongoing work across Central Scotland. This is a great opportunity for consistent work, strong hourly rates, and real long-term potential.

Pay Rates

  • Dayshift: £22 per hour
  • Nightshift: £28 per hour
  • Enhanced overtime rates during the 13-week probation period
  • Paid via CIS or PAYE Umbrella

What you will be doing

  • Interpreting technical drawings to fabricate and weld steel and aluminium components
  • Working to weld procedures, weld plans, and tight tolerances
  • MIG and TIG welding (including aluminium welding)
  • Steel cutting, burning, grinding, shaping and assembly
  • Operating fabrication machinery, hand tools and overhead cranes safely
  • Inspecting your own work to ensure high-quality standards
  • Working closely with supervisors and team members to meet deadlines

  • Proven experience in structural steel fabrication / fabrication welding
  • Strong MIG & TIG welding skills
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Safety-conscious and reliable team player
